Delivery Destinations

We currently deliver to Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania and Finland.

Delivery Methods

We ship via Omniva, DPD and Itella parcel networks. You can choose your preferred carrier and pickup point or home delivery at checkout.

Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates from the date of dispatch. We aim to dispatch orders within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation.

Delivery Costs

Delivery costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen delivery method. We offer free delivery on orders over a certain amount — check the current threshold at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your parcel directly on the carrier’s website.

Parcel Not Received?

If your parcel has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, contact us at info@osado.eu with your order number and we will investigate immediately.
