14-Day Right of Withdrawal

Under EU consumer law, you have the right to return any item purchased from OSADO within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

How to Return

1. Email us at info@osado.eu within 14 days of delivery, stating your order number and which items you wish to return.
2. We will reply with return instructions within 1 business day.
3. Pack the items securely in their original packaging if possible.
4. Send the parcel to: MIRZOEV Group OÜ, Kraavi 2, Tartu, 50110, Estonia.

Return Conditions

Items must be unused, undamaged and in their original condition. Parts that have been installed or used cannot be returned unless they are defective.

Return Shipping Costs

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrectly sent.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method. We refund the full purchase price including the original delivery cost (standard delivery only).

Defective or Wrong Items

If you received a defective or incorrect item, contact us at info@osado.eu with your order number and photos of the issue. We will arrange a free return and send a replacement or issue a full refund.
