These Terms and Conditions govern all purchases made through the OSADO online store (osado.eu), operated by MIRZOEV Group OÜ (registration code 14350399, VAT EE102628898, Kraavi 2, Tartu, Estonia).

1. General

By placing an order on osado.eu, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. These terms comply with Estonian and EU consumer protection law.

2. Products and Pricing

All prices are shown in euros (€) and include VAT (24%). We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice. The price valid at the time of your order confirmation applies to your purchase.

3. Placing an Order

To place an order, add items to your cart and complete the checkout process. You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is accepted. The purchase contract is concluded when we send the order confirmation.

4. Payment

We accept payments via Estonian bank transfer (SEB, Swedbank, LHV, Luminor, Coop Pank), credit/debit card (Visa, Mastercard), and other methods provided by Montonio. All payments are processed securely.

5. Delivery

We deliver to Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania and Finland. Delivery is carried out via Omniva, DPD and Itella parcel networks. Delivery times and costs are shown at checkout. We aim to dispatch orders within 1–3 business days.

6. Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, notify us at info@osado.eu. See our Returns Policy for full details.

7. Warranty

All products carry a 2-year statutory warranty under Estonian and EU consumer law. If a product proves defective within this period, contact us at info@osado.eu.

8. Liability

OSADO is not liable for delays caused by courier services, customs procedures or events beyond our control. Our liability is limited to the value of the purchased goods.

9. Dispute Resolution

In case of a dispute, contact us first at info@osado.eu. If we cannot reach an agreement, you may refer the matter to the Estonian Consumer Disputes Committee (Tarbijavaidluste komisjon) at komisjon.ee or the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia.
